- 2 Potato boiled & mashed
- ½ Cup Curd
- 1 Medium-sized Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Medium-sized Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Tamarind Chutney
- ½ cup Sev
- 2 to 3 Green Chili finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
**Preparation of Chutney**
Tamarind Chutney:
Soak tamarind in warm water for 15 minutes, then extract the pulp.
Heat a pan and add the tamarind pulp, jaggery, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt.
Cook the mixture until it thickens to a sauce-like consistency. Let it cool.
Green Chutney:
Blend coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, and lemon juice to form a smooth paste.
